Step 1 — Download the Baby FM app

Requirements: iPhone with iOS 8.0 or newer, or an Android phone with Android 5.0 or newer, with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE). An internet connection is needed for initial setup, account creation and app updates.

Open the App Store or Google Play, search for “Baby FM”, install the app and open it.

Step 2 — Create your account

Tap Create Account, enter your email address and a password, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and tap Register. Check your email for the verification link, tap it, then return to the app and log in.

Step 3 — Power the thermometer

The thermometer has no physical buttons. It is powered by inserting the CR2032 battery (which comes pre-installed) and turns off when the battery is removed.

Step 4 — Connect the thermometer with the QR code

1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Open the app. On the Home screen, tap Connect with QR code.
3. Point your camera at the QR code on the packaging.
4. Once scanned, the app connects automatically and the Home screen shows the device status and temperature.

Step 5 — Create a profile

Go to Settings > User Profiles and tap Add Profile. You can create several profiles to track temperature history separately for each person. Always confirm the correct profile is selected before you record or act on a reading — see Confirming the Correct Profile Before You Act on a Reading.

Step 6 — Read the manual

Read the entire printed User Manual supplied with the device before use. If you do not understand any instruction, contact customer care at support@babyfm.rs.
