    Is Baby FM safe for my baby?

    Yes. Baby FM is designed to be completely non-invasive. The device does not need to be attached to your baby’s skin with adhesives. It uses low-energy Bluetooth that meets all international safety standards for medical devices intended for infants.

    Which phones are compatible?

    Baby FM works with any modern smartphone running iOS 14+ or Android 8.0+ with Bluetooth 4.0 or later. This covers the vast majority of phones manufactured after 2018.

    How long does the battery last?

    A full charge provides up to 42 hours of continuous temperature monitoring. Charging takes approximately 90 minutes via the included USB-C cable. The app will notify you when the battery drops below 15%.

    Can I monitor multiple children?

    Yes. You can add multiple child profiles in the app under Settings → Children. Each child can have their own thermometer paired. The app switches between profiles so you can track each child’s temperature history independently.

    Is my data private?

    Absolutely. Temperature data is stored locally on your phone and is never uploaded to external servers without your explicit consent. If you choose to share a report with your doctor, it’s sent directly via a secure, encrypted connection. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

    Can I use Baby FM without the app?

    The thermometer requires the Baby FM app to display readings and configure alerts. The device itself stores up to 42 hours of data internally, but you’ll need the app to view it. There is no standalone display on the device.

    How accurate is the temperature reading?

    Baby FM provides clinical-grade accuracy of ±0.1°C, which is comparable to professional medical thermometers. The AI system also detects anomalous readings (e.g., if the device is displaced) and alerts you to reposition it.

  • How to Set Up Your Baby FM Thermometer

    What’s in the Box

    Your Baby FM package includes the smart thermometer unit, a USB-C charging cable, and a quick-start card. Make sure all items are present before you begin.

    Step 1 — Charge the Device

    Connect the thermometer to any USB power source using the included cable. The LED indicator will pulse blue while charging and turn solid green when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes and provides up to 42 hours of continuous monitoring.

    Step 2 — Download the App

    Download the Baby FM app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open the app and create your account using your email address.

    Step 3 — Pair via Bluetooth

    Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button for 2 seconds. In the app, go to Settings → Add Device and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. The app will automatically detect the device — tap Connect when it appears.

    Step 4 — Place the Thermometer

    Gently position the thermometer near your baby according to the placement guide shown in the app. The device is designed to be non-invasive and comfortable for your child. You’ll see the first temperature reading within 30 seconds.

    You’re All Set!

    The app will now continuously display your baby’s temperature and store readings for up to 42 hours. You can configure alert thresholds in Settings → Alerts to receive notifications if the temperature rises above your chosen limit.
