The Baby FM thermometer can be used by more than one person — but only with proper hygiene between users.

Disinfect before every change of user

Before using the device on another patient, perform a disinfection wipe. Do not allow the thermometer to be shared among individuals without properly disinfecting the device.

Use only approved agents: a soft cloth lightly dampened with water, mild detergent, or 70 % alcohol, avoiding the display. Do not immerse the device, and allow it to dry completely before the next use.

The elastic strap

Remove the thermometer from the strap and hand wash the strap with mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry completely before reuse.

Keep the data separate

Create a separate profile in the app for each person, and confirm the correct profile is selected before you record, export or act on a reading. See Confirming the Correct Profile Before You Act on a Reading.
