Understanding the Baby FM App Dashboard
The Home Screen
When you open the Baby FM app, the home screen shows the current temperature in large digits along with a colored indicator: green (normal), yellow (elevated), or red (fever). Below it you’ll see a 6-hour temperature trend chart.
Temperature History
Tap the chart to expand it to a full 42-hour view. You can scroll through the timeline to see every reading. Pinch to zoom in on a specific period. All data is stored locally on your phone and synced when the device is in Bluetooth range.
AI-Powered Alerts
Baby FM uses AI to analyze temperature patterns — not just single readings. You’ll receive smart alerts when:
- Temperature crosses your configured threshold
- A rapid temperature spike is detected (rising trend)
- It’s time for the next medication dose (if tracking is enabled)
To configure alert thresholds, go to Settings → Alerts and set your preferred temperature limits.
Medication Tracker
The built-in medication tracker helps prevent dosing errors. Tap the pill icon on the home screen to log a dose. The app will track timing between doses and remind you when the next dose is due based on the medication’s recommended interval.
Share with Your Doctor
Tap Share Report to generate a PDF summary of your baby’s temperature history. You can send this directly to your pediatrician via email or use the integrated DokTok video call feature to consult with a doctor in real time while sharing your screen.
