1. Open the Baby FM app.
2. On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Tap Send Reset Link.
5. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the reset email.
6. Tap the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
7. Return to the app and log in with your new password.

Note: If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, repeat the process or contact Baby FM support.
